Instead of automatically defaulting to the text link tool, a right click should produce a contextual menu that includes the text link tool as one of it's options. Having to left click an element and then moving the mouse up to the "Edit Component Properties" button is slowing down my workflow and really is an issue when I'm working with large layouts in which there's a lot of travel time with the mouse.

Hi hyperlinked,

Quick question... what operating system are you using? I ask because OverSite does have a contextual menu for use on selected components. On a PC, you should be able to access it by right-clicking on a component, and on a Mac you should be able to control-click on a component to get the contextual menu.

I assume he's using a Mac, but with a two-button mouse. It's weird, I found that right-clicking for a contextual menu works in the wireframe mode, except when you're over top a component. In that case, the link took activates. But you can still control-click on a component and bring up the contextual menu.

I just plugged my 2-button mouse into my MacBook, and it appears you're right. We'll get to work on that issue.

In the meantime, as Wen says, the control-click still works to bring up the contextual menu.
